I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a graduate degree from New York University Silver School of Social Work. I am affiliated with the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (ICEEFT). I am licensed to provide psychotherapy in Washington D.C, Maryland, and New York.

I have been consistently awarded highest satisfaction rankings from my clients at national in-patient and out-patient health settings.  I have over ten years of clinical experience at top institutions, including New York Presbyterian Hospital's in-patient eating disorder unit and the Renfrew Center of New York.  In addition to maintaining a private practice, I currently work as a psychotherapist at Kaiser Permanente, offering expertise in eating disorder consultation and treatment, couples counseling in a group and individual setting, and assessment and treatment for men and women struggling with mood-related disorders.

I have completed intensive training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).  AEDP focuses on helping clients tap into painful emotional traumas and break free of internal shame and judgment in order to lead more authentic and fulfilling lives.  EFT is an empirically validated approach geared towards repairing and rebuilding trust, safety, and connection between partners.
